Stake Rock Paper Scissors: Choices, Streaks and Cashout

Guide to Stake Rock Paper Scissors: Rock, Paper or Scissors, streaks, multipliers, cashout, game modes and provably fair.

Published by The Gambling Desk ·

Rock Paper Scissors adapts the traditional game to a sequence of rounds. The player selects Rock, Paper or Scissors; the game generates an opposing symbol, then applies the confrontation rule. After a win, the player can continue to increase the multiplier or use cashout.

The mechanic therefore combines a simple choice with a repeated decision: secure the available payout or expose the streak to another round.

How a Streak Works

  1. Set the bet amount.
  2. Choose Rock, Paper or Scissors, or use Random Pick.
  3. Start the first confrontation.
  4. Rock beats Scissors, Scissors beats Paper and Paper beats Rock.
  5. After a win, check the multiplier and total profit.
  6. Use Cashout to stop, or select a symbol to continue.
  7. A loss ends the streak and loses the bet.

Random Pick selects one of the three symbols. It does not predict the symbol generated by the game and should not be confused with Auto mode.

Understanding the Rock Paper Scissors Interface

The screenshot shows Manual and Auto modes, the bet, Cashout, Random Pick and the three Rock, Paper and Scissors buttons in the left-hand panel. The confrontations occupy the centre, and the multiplier levels are displayed above.

The visible streak shows levels of 1x, 1.96x, 3.92x, 7.84x, 15.68x and 31.36x. The available payout after the first win is highlighted at 1.96x.

Win, Loss and Draw

The Rock–Scissors, Scissors–Paper and Paper–Rock relationships are confirmed by the DOCX. However, the resources do not describe the exact effect of a draw on the streak in sufficient detail: whether the level is retained, another round begins, or some other treatment applies.

This page therefore does not claim that a draw wins, loses or automatically extends the streak. The behaviour must be checked in the active rules before a more precise statement is published.

Multipliers and Cashout

The 1x level represents the start of the sequence. After a win, 1.96x corresponds to a total return of 1.96 units for 1 unit wagered, or 0.96 units of net profit. The visible levels then double the displayed payout up to 31.36x in the screenshot.

Cashout confirms the available payout and ends the streak. Continuing increases the potential multiplier, but a later loss exposes the bet and the uncollected payout.

The DOCX mentions a maximum above one million, without a canonical table or a screenshot of the full progression. This value is therefore not published as the current maximum.

Manual and Auto Modes

In Manual mode, the player selects each symbol and decides when to cash out. The Auto tab is visible, but its settings are not shown in the screenshot. This page invents neither a number of rounds, a stop condition nor an automatic strategy.

Auto performs the configured choices more quickly; it does not improve the probability of a win. Random Pick merely selects one symbol for one decision and remains distinct from an automatic sequence.

History, Choices and Strategy

Choosing Rock rather than Paper is not a way to exploit past results. A sequence of symbols does not make its counter more likely on the next round, and the displayed cards do not constitute a predictive signal.

There is no manual strategy that guarantees the streak will continue. Increasing the bet after a loss raises exposure without mathematically offsetting that loss.

Advice and Limitations

  • distinguish the total payout from net profit;
  • set an exit level in advance;
  • do not continue solely because the next multiplier is higher;
  • do not confuse Random Pick with Auto;
  • do not look for patterns in previous symbols;
  • limit the duration and stake of each streak.

The legacy RTP of 98% is not corroborated by a separate canonical source and is not presented as current data.

Rock Paper Scissors and Provably Fair

The Fairness access shown beneath the interface allows recorded results to be checked using the server seed, client seed and nonce. This verification takes place after the streak and does not reveal the next symbol.

Our Stake provably fair guide explains this check in detail. See also Flip for another cashout progression and Hilo to compare repeated choices.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Does Random Pick Do?

It selects Rock, Paper or Scissors for the player. It does not choose the opposing result or improve the odds.

What Happens to the Streak in a Draw?

The available resources do not confirm the exact treatment. Check the game's active rule rather than assuming that it works like the traditional game.

What Does the 1.96x Level Mean?

It indicates a total return of 1.96 times the bet after the first visible win, or net profit of 0.96 times the bet if cashout is used.
