Stake OriginalStake Wheel: Segments, Risk and Multipliers
A guide to Stake Wheel: segmented wheel, 10 to 50 segments, Low to High risk, multipliers, Manual and Auto modes and provably fair.
Published by The Gambling Desk ·
Wheel spins a wheel divided into coloured segments. Each colour corresponds to a multiplier shown in the legend. Before the spin, the player chooses the stake, difficulty and number of segments; the final position determines the return.
The animation provides no actionable information. The initial position, apparent speed and timing of the click cannot be used to predict the winning segment.
How a Spin Works
- Set the stake amount.
- Choose Low, Medium or High.
- Select 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 segments.
- Check the multiplier legend.
- Spin the wheel and wait for it to stop.
The multiplier of the segment indicated by the marker is applied to the stake. A 0x segment loses the stake; a value below 1x produces a partial return.
Understanding the Wheel Interface
The screenshot shows Manual and Auto modes, the stake, difficulty and number of segments in the left-hand panel. The wheel occupies the centre and the multiplier legend appears below it.
The visible configuration uses Medium and 30 segments. The result is 1.50x. The legend also shows 0x, 1.70x, 2x, 3x and 4x for this specific configuration.

Segments and Risk Levels
The number of segments changes the physical distribution displayed and the associated multipliers. Comparing only the maximum value is not enough: you must observe how many segments correspond to each result, including zero or partial payouts.
Low distributes more results around moderate coefficients. Medium increases the variation. High concentrates higher multipliers on less frequent segments, with more low or zero results.
The detailed figures in the DOCX remain legacy data, and no canonical branded CSV, JSON or PNG exists in the repository. The page therefore does not present them as a reference table.
Manual and Auto Modes
In Manual mode, each spin is started separately. Auto repeats the selected settings and can use a number of spins and stop limits. These options speed up execution without changing the segment generated.
A loss progression can increase the stake rapidly. Set a duration, maximum loss and stable stake before enabling Auto.
Advice and Limitations
- check the risk and segments before each series;
- read the entire legend, not only the maximum;
- distinguish total return from net profit;
- do not try to time the click;
- ignore previous colour sequences;
- limit automatic spins.
No risk level is inherently profitable. It changes volatility and the distribution of payouts without removing the game's mathematical advantage.
Wheel and Provably Fair
The final segment can be checked using the server seed, client seed and nonce. After the server seed is revealed, the calculation for the spin can be reproduced.
Our Stake provably fair guide explains this procedure. It verifies the result after the event and does not make it possible to anticipate the next stop.
Frequently Asked Questions
How Many Segments Can You Choose?
The documented interface offers 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 segments.
Does High Risk Guarantee a Better Payout?
No. It primarily increases the variation between results and reserves high multipliers for less frequent segments.
Can You Predict Where the Wheel Will Stop from the Animation?
No. The wheel visualises the generated result; its speed and initial position are not predictive signals.
